I do not exaggerate when I say the nurses, from intake on, are satanic. They are genuinely evil and rude to their core. Dr. Phu Thai is wonderful but please hear me when I say the nurses make the entire experience unbearable. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with nurses at the Alpharetta building but that one doesn't have Advanced (urgent) Care. Kaiser, please open an Advanced Care Center in Alpharetta and staff it with people with good bedside manner and weren't born of Satan (and I hope my tone doesn't suggest sarcasm, I'm completely serious).

Today I developed a UTI. I knew I had a UTI and left work early(1:30) to go to urgent care at Kaiser which apparently is called Advanced Care Center even though when I asked where urgent care was and if I was at the urgent care part of the building I was told I was. I was called back fairly quickly and optimistic at first. I told them my systems and that I was coming in to be treated for a UTI. They said they needed to do a urine test and did an exam. The urine test came back negative and then apparently things got really concerning for some reason. All of the sudden I needed a ultrasound, pelvic exam, an IV and blood test. Horrible customer service and patient care. The infusion center is the most inattentive, unprofessional infusion center I have been to. My very first nurse Danielle was exceptionally professional, attentive and genuinely cared about her patients. You could see she treated everyone with respect, had a pleasant attitude and was truly a caring nurse. Unfortunately, this infusion center is overwhelmed by rude, angry, bitter, complaining, unprofessional nurses who have a chip on their shoulders, mistreat patients based on how they feel or personal issues, etc. The nurse Cheryll today was inattentive and very unpleasant.
