I received service from Just Cooling through my Home Warranty. I have read a lot of favorable reviews for Just Cooling made recently from other Home Warranty members. They came out quickly, which was great, and the tech was very friendly. They could not repair the issue same day. Understandable, if there is a part needed. After a week I had not heard any update so I called back. It wasn’t until after I called that I received the date for the follow up. The tech came out a day or two later. Unfortunately, that didn’t work and I had to wait again for a different part. It was not a long wait and I did not have to follow up. Tommy Stamps is "something like a genius" went the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service & care. Repair was fast & easy. Glad to be Just Coolin again ? (I know, corny, you smiled tho)
Tommy Stamps is such professional! I called other companies, their quotes about two thousands because need add Freon, even the parts still under warranty. Tommy said it is not lack of Freon, just need to replace the motor. I only pay $240 labor that he visited twice resolved the problem. Save me couple thousands! Yeah!!!
