Beautiful experience. I have broken my frame handles several times ..first time took them back they repaired no charge. Second time.. just on Monday broke both handles.. my fault. You can get your glasses here or they will print your prescription and you can get your glasses somewhere else. I went one year ago and my plan is to go back this week and get my eyes checked. Dr. Johnson apologized and explained that they had some people come in late in the morning and they hadn't been able to catch up all day. Which I could understand, it happens. I received my great new glasses about 2-3 weeks later as scheduled. About 6 weeks ago, I received a bill in the mail. Called and they said they would take care of it.
