Eye 1st Vision & Laser: Dr. Julie Wolf OD

Doctors were nice always. Lasik result is good to me. But i won't recommend this place to my friends or family. I tried to check my eyes and fix them today if possible.but they don't actually help me but Hang up middle of conversation without any notice..today 2times 2 different rude receptionists. Felt like This is not the place for everybody. If you are not 100% pure american, this is not the place for you. They will not listen to you if you have any accent.

While I'm sure Dr. Julie Wolf is a lovely OD, the administrative staff that do her scheduling are incompetent, at best. I scheduled an appointment a month and a half in advance for the one and only day I had available in January, which was confirmed verbally at the time of the call. By the late afternoon of the day before the appointment, I realized that I had not received any sort of appointment confirmation call or email - very strange. So I called the office only to be told that they had scheduled me for the wrong date - a date I was not aware of and subsequently missed. In and out of a complete eye exam in 25 minutes? Yes, please! I love this office. The staff is super friendly; Dr. Wolf is friendly, quick and efficient. I've never had to wait an extended amount of time, they order my contacts quickly and complement how nice I look. Is anything better than the latter? Why, no. No it's not. In fact if I could tip the eye doctor's front office staff I totally would. Instead I'll just bring them cupcakes.
