I was not alerted that my previous doc (Dr. Willard) was leaving and they took me in but charged me as a new patient. Now my new doc (Dr. Gone) who has all my previous paperwork, does not want to continue refilling my antidepressants and wants me to go through a psych office instead. I've been with Emory at Duluth for 6ish years and David Willard has been great. Dr Mizrahi is also great too. Due to the inaction and inability of messages/information getting relayed, my medication cannot be approved because Dr Mizrahi's office won't reply to insurance/pharmacy and there is no recourse because when you call you sit on hold for 20 minutes with the 'Emory' call center. This is not how you deliver... read full review
