We have been using Countertop Central for our construction company for years! And we even used them on our personal home build. Ben & Jorge are top notch!… and always come through on their installation dates. We have not had any issues since using their company. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I had a great experience with Countertop Central. After having a terrible experience with my original cabinet installation company I went in search of somewhere else to get my countertops from. They came highly recommended by a coworker and my experience did not disappoint. Ben was great to work with and very responsive via email. Their prices were some of the best I found. In general, cheaper than big box (worse case they were comparable). They came out to measure and were on time. The countertops came in quickly and were available to install next day. We just updated our kitchen with granite and tile backsplash. We used Countertop Central after a friend recommended them. We were pleased with results! Ben and Jorge were great to work with. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it seemed that the installers were not always aware of the removal process. The granite installers removed our old laminate tops without any issue, but the tile installers were surprised to learn they needed to remove our old laminate backsplash, which had partly been removed what the old tops were removed. Since they were unaware of the backsplash removal, they did not have a shop vacuum on their truck and we were left with... read full review
