It was my first time using CalTek as my appliance repair provider. My Tech "Calvin" did a fantastic job servicing my gas stove and microwave. He was professional yet personable. He showed up within the 9-1 window that I was scheduled for.He accessed, diagnosed the problems with my Frigidaire appliances, and fixed them in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained what caused the issues and what he did to repair them.I was prepared to hear that I needed to replace one or both of my appliances, I'm grateful that I didn't have to.Caltek Service was top-notch and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!
Even though the outcome was we couldn’t get our dishwasher fixed , he was professional and didn’t try to sell us a repair that might have led to more parts needing to be replaced . In other words, he was very honest which is very important. Would definitely call on Caltech again if we need another repair.Service: Dishwasher repair
CalTek did a fantastic job for me. They worked me into their schedule, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my 32-yr-old Kenmore fridge. I was prepared to hear that I needed to replace Old Faithful, but CalTek saved the day! Service was top-notch, professional, and reasonably priced.
