Parts Specialist Lamar Singleton was very helpful and honest!! He walked along with me outside parking lot even rainy day, explained what was my key has problem. Very friendly customer service I want him to give 5+ more stars!
My husband and I bought our first car together here and after doing lots of research online we identified what we wanted so we came in already with the 2022 used Rav4 in mind. After looking at online reviews, we saw the name Tim Lee come up multiple times so decided to ask for him when we came in to the dealership. The reviews did not lie, working with Tim was great! He made sure to listen to our needs and wants and let us know he was working for us just as much as he was for his manager. He was very transparent and caring throughout the process. Excellent Toyota dealer! I have been purchasing Toyota's here since 1995 and they are very knowledgeable and responsive to customers. The service department is really great and has a streamlined process for easy in and out so that you can be on your way quickly.
