Terrible customer service. I tried making appointments with 2 stylists online. 1 waited a day to deny the appointment that was listed as available and the other one (owner Tiffany) accepted an appointment for 9 am, changed it to 10:30 at the last minute and then cancelled it with NO explanation, phone call, text, or anything. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Payed for two different services and received service for only one item despite paying in advanced. I was given the name of another worker to perform the other service and when asking, I was told no one even performed that service. I have messaged Southern Charm six times and have received responses in order to receive a refund. However, no one actually sends the refund and my messages are acknowledged and read but often ignored. It has now been over a month of trying to receive a refund for two services that were never performed.
