Wow! Julie is awesome! Very knowledgeable and in tune with the market. I contacted her with tentative plans to put my home on the market approximately 4 months after our initial meeting. She strongly suggested that I put my home on the market immediately and she was right. I had an offer the first day. We never even had to put a for sale sign in the yard. Julie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
