First impression from my first call to the company was impressive. The man that answered the call was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The young man that came to my home to assess and complete the task, was exceptional!!!!

I called another well-known pest control company this morning to get a termite inspection. The phone answers, and I'm directed to start answering a series of questions. What seems like a minute into the call. I'm still talking to a machine. Then, some of the questions become repeat questions to what I've already answered. By this point, I should have been talking to a representative and being close to having an appointment set up. I finally hang up and call Arrow Exterminator. Friendly, professional techs. At each service, they always ask if we have had any problems. They get the job done quickly. These folks will absolutely nuke fire ant beds. Highly recommended.
