I received excellent care while here. Came to Emergency Room on Thursday, July 10th after much attention was given I was admitted due to kidney stone results from CT Scan had kidney stone removal on Friday July 11th and I'm now being released to go home. Everyone that I came in contact with was very caring and patient. Thanks to all the doctors and medical care team. I was having excruciating pain and nausea getting very dehydrated because I couldn't keep any fluids down. I'm thankful to everyone on Care Team

Wellstar Douglasville didn't keep their word. They said they would waive a $24.11 charge because I drove 2 hours round-trip to my appointment, but the camera to be used for my bone scan was broken. I pre-paid my deductible prior to the first appointment (the one that was canceled) and they couldn't figure out how to transfer it to the rescheduled appointment. I paid tolls to get there, plus my drive and wait time with the billing people. They use the pirates at mydocbill.com and I finally just paid it. I guess they are pretty desperate. Wellstar is awful to deal with as a company.
