I need you to run not walk and grab the HB Luxury Collection. I've looked everywhere for good quality hair and customer service, and I think I've found my home. I ran into an issue with a color process. Hannah and her Mother stepped right in and fixed my situation in no time. They met me after hours to get the hair and made an appointment with their stylist for the following day. I thought my birthday weekend was ruined, but they saved the day. Great business and customer service. I'll definitely be back. Thanks HB team. ❤️

amazing experience at this establishment. from the professionalism, the attentiveness and patience, the way the owner was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was satisfied with her purchase…she earned every single star and i wish their were more to give. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.
