The staff, including Tiffany and Ophelia, are commended for their exceptional customer service, patience, and detailed explanations. The onsite labs offer same-day service, including single vision glasses in just 30 minutes, and buy online pick up in-store options. The recent transition of My Eyelab stores to Stanton Optical has enabled the provision of same-day service at the same convenient locations. Although there was a delay in receiving glasses during one customer's visit, the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. It is clear that Stanton Optical's commitment to excellent service and fast turnaround times has earned them many satisfied customers.
