I would highly recommend Southern Contracting! We have a house with a structural problem caused by removal of a load bearing wall. The sag in the roof was obvious from the street. Jeff and Brandon and the crew coordinated with our engineer, then came in and very quickly installed a 28 foot steel beam which eliminated the problem and the appearance of sag. no damage to flooring or walls. Professional work, great planning / scheduling and cleanup!
I have now had Structural Fix work on my house and my partners house. Both times they were professional, on time, and knowledgeable. For the repair to my partners house they came out after we found a rotted beam that having fixed would have potentially lengthened the schedule of our bathroom remodel. They sent enough people out to get the job done in a timely and saved our schedule. Jeff is beyond honest and will never oversell.
