Mr. Moore with new start heating and air, came out to my house from douglasville within 1 hour from call. He checked both my units to determine what the problem was and corrected the problem onsite. I have not had any problems with cooling since that evening. I highly recommend this company, very professional and honest. Will definitely use again.
We needed to replace our old a/c unit called New Start Tom came out and explained what we needed to cool house and that the furnace was 20 yrs old and we needed to replace both but wasn't pushy or just trying to sell us something we did need he gave a great price and the service and equipment was great I would highly recommend New Start Heating and Air.
Tom saved our weekend! Our AC was running but not cooling and the temperature inside the house just kept going up as we called around trying to get someone available late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Not only was Tom able to come out same day, he arrived earlier than expected. He talked us through what he was doing and why and was able to easily identify the issue. He had the necessary parts on hand and within an hour he had our AC up and running properly. He was very knowledgeable, straight forward, and very reasonably priced. What a reminder that small businesses are almost always better than the big guys!
