A woman who had a botched up job from another salon came to the door, Errica let her in. The woman explained what she didn't like about her hair cut, and she mentioned she had a wedding to attend; Errica took her to her station, and did her work on the back of the woman's hair. Instead of a chopped Bob, she gave a sleek Bob style...Corrected the chop job, and the woman was so excited to see the results!??
