While I was immediately greeted when I walked in I was then told to sit at a station and given the impression it would only be a short wait. After multiple employees walked by and even sat in the chair opposite of me, ignored me, I then got back up to ask the front employee if I was actually going to get someone to help work on my nails since there were so many just wandering around and sitting in front of me talking to other employees. I finally was told to sit at another station and the girl who did my nails quoted me a very high total for a simple fill in with simple design on each nail ( literally a swoop ) and a replacement on one nail. I am loyal to the nail salon I go to, where I see Nina exclusively. Since moving here a year ago, I have never had a nail break with her, which is a rare and welcome change for me. Whenever I have had to go to another nail technician in her absence, my nails have broken again. I don't know what Nina does differently, but I am not willing to switch to anyone else anytime soon. The overall atmosphere at the salon is great, and while I am not a big fan of pedicures, I appreciate the top-notch service Nina provides for my nails. Although she may not always be available.I am willing to wait for her expertise.
LIFE SAVERS. It was 7:15 pm the night before I leave for vacation and no other salons were open and the one that was said they're weren't taking anymore walk ins. So I called this one and they said come on in and I'm so glad I did. The prices were wayyy better and they made sure I was satisfied with my services, which I was! Definitely will be coming back again.
