I had my first appointment with Luscious Brazilian Wax after being a loyal European Wax client for some years. In short, European may never see me again after my appointment today. My appointment was truly an experience; I cannot emphasize this enough. From the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I left, the treatment was top notch!
I booked with Ally; she is so down to earth and personable. While I’ve waxed for years, I’ve never felt so comfortable with an esthetician the first time around. I’ve been coming here off and on since the pandemic when they opened. The Owner was super nice and accommodating when she was at the chapel hill location often. Today I had a full body by Antonique whom did an amazing job and is obviously experienced! I wish this company had a better retention rate. Maybe it’s just this field of beauty. Otherwise, this is the only wax spa I come to. Thank you all!
My go-to for wax service!! The location is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The tools and facility are consistently being sanitized to ensure there are no health issues. The atmosphere is calming and nice, high quality service. Amazing customer service! You will NOT be disappointed!
