I used to be a regular here and Tracy always did a lovely job on my nails but I must say I was very disappointed with my last visit.. the tech that did my pedi was very rude and rushed my service. It was a thicker woman with glasses and short hair she just had an attitude the entire time. I booked a pedicure for my birthday and I told them it did not matter who did it since Tracy usually does my nails and does excellent..but I guess I should have chosen because from the time I got in the chair the tech was so rude. Overpriced… pedicures service was rushed and they charged to remove polish which I’ve never had anywhere else and wasn’t told until my feet were already started. The tech told me cut off the massage chair because it was making noise I personally think she just didn’t have a steady hand.
