I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with Suzanne, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Suzanne’s warm and professional demeanor immediately put me in a state of relaxation.
Suzanne’s skill and expertise in massage therapy are truly exceptional. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session to address my areas of tension and discomfort. Her technique is both soothing and effective, combining deep tissue pressure with gentle, flowing movements that left me feeling completely rejuvenated.
I suffer from migraines and I also have rods in my back from scoliosis surgery, so finding someone who knows how to work with me and who is local was difficult, until I found this place. I usually get a myofascial massage with Mary Lou but have also had other massages here as well and have seen Suzanne too, both are great!
I mostly go for my migraines; Mary Lou has been very helpful in releasing tension in my head, neck, and shoulders. There have been times where I have flare ups in my left shoulder or lower back and she has done great work in making that pain a lot better than when I arrived, even with a short session.

Mary Lou listened to all of my concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would recommend Mary Lou to anyone wanting to alleviate pain.
