I had a dental emergency this morning and called about 3 different practices in Douglasville and this office was the only one that kindly took down my name and phone number and promised to call if there was a cancellation. To my pleasant surprise they were able to see me and Dr. McIntire resolved my issue quickly and successfully. I love my results and highly recommend this office and their staff!
I am very happy with the whole experience from making the appointment, excellent customer service, very professional, good rapport, not painful.... Dr Mckentyre is awesome. He is not pushy for what i need done. He tells me and lets me make my own decision as to when. I have been a client of the practice for 30 years or more and I am still happy! I highly recommend them!
I needed an office that opens on the weekends but I also found out that the staff here are great. The dentist is very patient with my kids which I appreciate and the rest of the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend.
