The people at Douglas Dental Care are very friendly and professional. I have a difficult time going to the dentist, but they make it more manageable. Jasmin was so caring, positive and professional. In February, I posted a review of Douglas Dental Care that did not paint the practice in good light due to the only negative experience I ever had with the staff. In retrospect, I believe I scrutinized them a bit unfairly because of a single uncharacteristic occurrence. We all have bad days, and no one should be judged on their bad days alone. Recently, I needed to be seen urgently. The staff were able to schedule me right away for an appointment and took my concerns very seriously. They treated me like family the entire time, listened closely, and even remembered our conversation from the week prior! I felt cared for just from that alone. I will always stay with this practice as long as I am in the west metro area. While other practices are turning to the corporate unfeeling atmosphere, Douglas Dental Care maintains its kindred, personable environment!
