I experienced friendly service and my salesperson helped me make my final selection. Her expertise and honesty played a huge role in my decision. I had a couple more quotes, one which claimed to be more affordable, but the pure honesty of Carpet Depot won me over. They give free and timely estimates, almost the next day. Yes, I highly recommend this place. Also, installation was done to perfection.

My experience with Carpet Depot this past week was awesome, from the time I walked into the store and talked with the representative who in turn came to my home to do measurements and verify my needs, to the installation team that put my floors in. Everyone was friendly, prompt and very professional, the team showed up , completed two rooms closets and a hall and was gone before 4:00 pm, I call that service. I would give them a 10 but the scale only go to 5.
