Mr. Cobb is a friendly guy. But low quality work. They've been done since January/February of 2023 and there is lot of issues. While they were building they did leave our roof wide open for leaking. There is still water damage on our "living room" wall.And the bathroom door that was replaced doesn't even open or close properly. ?
We can't say enough good things about C&C Construction. They took an old abandoned house, and turned it into a dream house. A total remodel from the studs on up. Truly a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend to anyone needing construction done. William and his team are the best.
