We needed a plumber to fix toilets that would not flush Because there was a blockage in the line somewhere. I suggested this one plumber Because I've met him before and he seemed nice and integral. The website stated that they did free estimates. So he comes out And we gave him a rundown Of the issue. Goes back out to the van gets the commercial snake And plunge Both toilets for about 45 seconds each. The toilets begin to flush so he goes back out to the van and writes up an invoice for $489. He charged $325 for labor and included two toilet kits in the price and taxed them. It only took About 15 minutes total. Homeowners warranty preapproved it but only reimbursed almost half of it. We will never use them again and Definitely will not refer them to anybody.
The repair of my shower valve was completed in a timely manner. The plumber arrived on time (actually a little early) and clearly communicated what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. The repair was done but another issue came up as a result of the new shower valve being installed. My drain was clogged due to the increased water pressure and the same plumber came out a couple of days later and unclogged my drain and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.
