This man knows his job. He doesn't try to make more of the job than what it is. He came prepared to get the job done. Shares his opinions and listens to yours. I will definitely be calling him for future repairs and installations.
Crenshaw came to my home, quickly assessed my water heater, and was back out in a few days to repair it. Him and his teammate were perfect gentlemen and worked quickly while wearing masks the entire time. I even received a follow up call a few hours later to make sure everything was good. Their HONESTY for one. They could have taken advantage of my knowledge of my water heater, which is...0, and told me that I needed a part, which turned out that I didn't. Or! I could have been told that I needed my unit. replaced. But instead the situation was handled Professionally. There was a slight problem...it seemed to me... getting to part on the heater, but the technician Didn't give up. He stayed the course. And now I have....HOT! WATER! again. GOD IS GOOD! and so is
