After having a problem with a previous landscaper I was using for the past year, I turned to Yelp to see who I could find. After getting a few estimates, Juan gave me the best price. He came to my home on a Tuesday, we discussed what I wanted, and Thursday he delivered. He's a man of his word. He told me his crew would arrive at a certain time, they showed up a half hour earlier! Very very pleased with the service. They are very careful while using their tools, respectful of my home. Highly recommend!
Responded quickly through the Yelp response agent. Appt made on-line for next afternoon. Although there was a little language barrier I was able to communicate my needs and he repeated them back to me. Pricey but I was asking for some extremely overground bushes to be trimmed. We agreed on price. I had indicated I was flexible. He indicated that if he could find time the next day, he would arrive after 4pm. Otherwise the following day. I believed he was a man of his word and his crew showed up the second day around 2pm. They went right to work. Called to get an estimate on a Hardscape project and was advised with another idea. This is now day 7 on waiting for an estimate which is typical but I was told I would have it sooner. I see that they have some good reviews which is why I called but I guess the demand for acquiring business with existing new business is timely. Not sure if my plans will get addressed in the estimate with the landscapers projection towards erosion but I will update the review once I get the agreement and his vision.
