The only person in Douglas that can turn my dark brown hair a beautiful platinum blonde, even if it’s been box dyed is Holly at shear madness. I swear by her! I’ve been using her for years! I’ve had some bad experiences with other professionals in the area, and Holly NEVER disappoints! Not many people are as talented as Holly and can turn my hair the desired blonde I want without brassy tones. If you’re thinking about going blonde, I HIGHLY recommend Holly Smith Hobbs!
