A slow leak from our water heater went unnoticed for weeks, causing extensive damage. This company did a fantastic job locating all the affected areas, drying everything properly, and restoring our flooring and walls. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. We’re so grateful for their expertise!

We recently purchased a townhouse in which the previous occupants had smoked heavily. We were highly concerned that the smell would linger and that harmful residue would remain. Guy's team cleaned every surface in the house, ran ozone machines for days, and removed all carpet. It worked! We do not smell anything at all now. Also, the workers were very respectful and did not leave any mess behind. I highly recommend this company for smoke odor/residue removal. However, we decided to have them also install vinyl plank flooring upstairs. I wish we hadn't. The flooring workers threw out many planks with damage, especially damage of the padding underneath. I don't know how they were damaged. We had to purchase more flooring. This delayed the job until after our painters had finished, so the shoe molding in one bedroom and in the hallway did not get painted and still has nail holes. In these areas, they also banged up our newly painted baseboards. A damaged plank was installed in the hallway. It looks to me like DIY. They did not put down anything to protect our newly refinished hardwood floors, where they piled up all the damaged planks. We worked with a few other flooring contractors for other parts of the house and they did not have any of these problems. In summary, definitely hire Supreme Restoration to deal with smoke remediation but find someone else to install your floors.

the renovation process can be frustrating; w/delays and timeline shifts that surface when insurance claims & the holiday season are all involved. guy's pleasant and professional demeanor during the full duration of the project was a welcome distraction. no detail was missed by his professional and friendly crew. omar & gustavo were always respectful and informative with their comings and goings. 'supreme restoration' will always be my first choice for flooring / home renovations.
