I had an outstanding experience with Royal Flush Plumbing! From the moment I called, their team was fast, professional, and incredibly courteous. Kris arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and got to work without wasting any time. What truly impressed me was how polite and respectful he is, not just of me, but of my property as well. After having several plumbers, come out to diagnose where a leak issue was coming from in my bathroom/laundry area , Brad English was able to determine the issue and 10 minutes and got a squared away! Very excellent service and professional . I highly recommend .
Royal flush came through CLUTCH with some expert insight on a flooded basement. I had some contractors installing a new bathroom and they didn’t finish the job in a day, so groundwater came out from hole where they were drilling to install a toilet. The contractors attempted to claim it was coming out of my walls, but Sir Isaac set the record straight! He made sure the contractors knew it was their fault in a stern, but respectful manner and they agreed to cover the damages. Without Sir Isaac, I would’ve been between a rock and hard place! Will use them next time for my actual plumbing needs, avoid the Facebook guys!
