This company is useless! They have franchise owners who haven't been properly checked and corporate just distances themselves when there is an issue.

I used Sewell Jartu for mold cleanup and this wasn't nearly properly done. I got another expert in and he was laughing at how much was left behind. I tried getting hold of corporate for over 2 weeks and finally got hold of Susan in HQ who was extremely rude and pretty much explained to me there was nothing they could do regarding a refund. The owner (Sewell) said he is low on cash so can't refund me either.

What a joke!!!

I'm so excited that I can also write a review on Google about Robert and his team.
These guys are awesome and do really excellent work! My cousin was a houseguest and burned pasta in the microwave and almost set my whole house on fire. The place was filled with smoke. Robert, the owner, personally brought over a machine that he left running for about 48 hours that had my home smelling fresher than new in no time. They responded quickly and their pricing is reasonable. He was patient and calm in explaining what would need to happen next to restore my home back to some place livable. Thank you so much PuroClean!
