It was a pleasure working with Robert and PuroClean. Unfortunately our house has had two different issues in the past few months, but it was a good experience working with Robert on both. He is friendly, thoughtful, and really puts the customer first. The smaller issue was a water leak in our bathroom, and Robert came quickly to help us get the floor totally dried out. He was careful and thoughtful in his approach, and determined (correctly) after some investigation that part of the existing flooring needed to be pulled up to dry out the water which was trapped underneath. The larger issue has been a drawn-out saga of finding and remediating some mold in another part of the house. It has been a very difficult problem to diagnose and solve, and we talked to some other contractors who wouldn't even try to work with us since they didn't understand the problem and weren't willing to listen to us. In contrast, Robert took the time to hear us out, was attentive to our questions and concerns, and diligent to stick with us through an unfortunately long process. The jury is still out on the final status of that whole project, but my family and I really appreciated Robert's attitude of patience, kindness, and helpfulness through the process. I would highly recommend Robert's services to anyone with water or mold issues. Also, his pricing seemed to be competitive with some quotes we got from other contractors.

These guys are awesome and do really excellent work! My cousin was a houseguest and burned pasta in the microwave and almost set my whole house on fire. The place was filled with smoke. Robert, the owner, personally brought over a machine that he left running for about 24-48 hours that had my home smelling fresher than new in no time. They responded quickly and their pricing is reasonable. He was patient and calm in explaining what would need to happen next to restore my home back to some place livable. Thank you so much PuroClean!
