Every encounter, phone or in person has been pleasant. Today's encounter was for termite bait station installation, which also was very pleasant. My Dekalb County property is protected by Orkin and I am a long time customer.

Derrick is great employee. He goes above and beyond. He gives me advice on how to keep bugs from getting in the house. Today, he sealed the gaps between the doors and he bought the material with his money. Derrick is the reason I’m keeping Orkin.

So for me it’s early. Had a tech come out yesterday and yet to see results, but that might just take a few days. Leaving a review because Kenneth my tech here in Georgia was absolutely awesome! He was straight forward about what needed to happen. We discussed timelines and he set expectations appropriately. If this doesn’t work I will update the review but for now I am optimistic!
