I haven’t experienced this level of attentiveness, pro-action, or high level customer service in any industry in decades. From the greeting of my first phone call with Lori, to Jeff showing up forty minutes of my request. These two are phenomenal people and hard workers. Not only did Jeff show compassion, guidance, as well as understanding he showed initiative with calling the fire department and his professional relationship peers at Georgia Power to really assist me on my electrical issues.
