“Went in for something new, left disappointed. I was booked in for a balayage and left with all over color (the color is nice but it's not the look I wanted).
Edit: All About Monroe reached out to make it right. Great customer service. Thank you Fran for your extra time and efforts to make me feel beautiful and a shout out to Chelsea for her assist.
