I had a wonderful experience and the staff went above and beyond to assist me anytime I had an issue. The owner even came out to look at my ac unit and got it fixed. I got my security deposit back when i moved out. I can't say enough that this is a great place to rent from.

Liking my new apartment the people at CD properties are nice and helpful. Maintenance is also nice and quick to fix what is needed. I like that the first 30 days maintenance is free.

The application process is so quick and easy with CD2 properties. I was able to get into a unit in no time and the staff clearly explain the lease and answer any questions that I had. They definitely put my nerves is when it came time to move in.
