The salon was clean and the staff are very friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable.
Hair type: My hair is thick and curly.
Stylist: Torri was amazing. They were very kind and easy to talk to. As someone who usually gets anxious before a cut, I can say that I was very comfortable talking and explaining to Torri what I was looking for. They were patient and very attentive. They asked lots of questions to clarify on the specifics and they absolutely killed it with the execution. Exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be booking with them again.
I went yesterday for an appointment with Torri. Let me tell what an amazing experience it was! I loved the salon and the vibe in there. Torri is exceptional. She asked some really great, personalized questions that I had never been asked before including the following: "What temperature do you like your hair washed at?", "What do you consider a trim?", "Is your head sensitive?" along with a LOT of other questions. It made the entire experience really personalized and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I have had my hair done by two different stylists here (Hailey and Torri). They both did wonderful jobs. These are the best haircuts I have ever had and I just love this salon. So nice, not rushing through the relaxing hair wash (and even a bit of a head massage). Did exactly what I wanted and talked me through any styling questions! I am excited to come back soon for my first hair color treatment after Torri answered all my questions about it! Seriously I cannot say enough great things about this salon!
