“All of the staff members that my daughter & I came in contact with on this evening Tuesday August 6,2024 at the Piedmont urgent care facility at the north Decatur road location and Amber at the Howell mill road location, were very customer service centric, the ladies were also polite, friendly and lastly all the ladies were attentive. I had a fantastic experience.“

“I used to be pretty nervous about going to urgent care. This place changed how I feel. They were all so kind and easygoing. Emily is the PA who helped me, and I really loved her demeanor. It was very clear that her only goal was to help me… it was the way all doctors should be. She even called me later that day to check on me, which seems so above-and-beyond for a physician who treats random people all day long. If all the PAs here are like her, I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“I thought that kidney stones were causing the terrible pain that had started in my back at the beginning of a 3 day holiday weekend. Didn't want to suffer with it until I could only hope to make an appt with my PCP on Tuesday. Got a same day appt at Peachtree for Sunday afternoon. After the PA performed a urinalysis, she discovered a bacteria that was causing a UTI which had the same symptoms as kidney stones. She prescribed antibiotics which I started taking that afternoon. They apparently started working immediately because I was finally able to get a good night's sleep. Was 100% better the following morning. This was my 2nd visit to this office (the first was to get treatment for a broken wrist a few months ago) and I have been very impressed with them on both occasions. They were able to see me quickly both times and then promptly provide the necessary treatment.“

“Dr. Whitley is great! She was very knowledgeable about my issue and her treatment has resulted in a huge decrease in pain. During the procedure she kept me informed at all points about what she was doing and why. If I know anyone looking for an urgent care, I’ll point them here first.“

“My family has been patients here for over 10 years. I do personally favor the Sandy Springs location over the Decatur location but have no complaints about Decatur. Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.“
