I dropped by yesterday after freaking out because I accidentally knocked my laptop over and it was no longer charging properly. Sukru helped diagnose the issue right away and I was able to buy the exact cord that I needed (it has been working great so far).My laptop has several other issues and when I inquired about some of them, he was transparent about what he could and could not fix, and the prices he mentioned were reasonable. Very knowledgeable and also calm. I will definitely return in the future once I have time to have some things repaired.

Great service. They were unable to do the kind of risky/complicated repair that my laptop required, but were able to provide a workaround which should extend its life. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and did not talk down to me as a young woman - unfortunately difficult to find in tech repair, and very appreciated!

I made some upgrades to my laptop (SSD hard drive and memory). When I turned it on, the screen wasn’t working correctly. I took my Dell laptop to the store and told the owner what was happening with the laptop. He diagnosed the problem for me and gave me the option to either fix the existing laptop or get a refurbished laptop. I decided to go with the refurbished laptop because I was in the market for a refurbished laptop. My plan was to buy two laptops, one for myself and another to fix the problem I created.Now I don’t need another laptop. The refurbished laptop I got from the owner works perfectly.
