I’ve been seeing Dr. Carmichael for years and love her as a physician but I think this office is an example of how terrible staff can make or break a place. There’s one receptionist in particular that has always rubbed me the wrong way. Her attitude is terrible and she lacks adequate communication skills. Due to being a long term patient of Dr. Carmichael I’ve tried to overlook my issues with this receptionist but I’ve reached my final straw.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Carmichael was very easy to talk to and I felt that she really understood what I was concerned about and what I wanted from my visit. The exam was easy and not NEARLY as uncomfortable as other offices have been in the past. The only thing I did not like is that I had to pay for parking for my visit. Other than that I plan to go back.
I had to find a new provider because I recently moved to Georgia and am so happy I found Dr. Johnson at Total Women's Health. Every step of my annual exam was clearly communicated and with minimal wait time. Dr. Johnson and her team are professional and have a kind and patient bedside manner. If you're new to the area or are thinking about switching providers, I highly recommend Total Women's Health & Wellness Center.
