Clean, privately owned fitness center near covington highway/I20/Stonecrest area. I come here for yoga classes with Nikki. The owner Donald is very involved in the gym upkeep and client retention and overall happiness. The yoga studio is spacious and they do offer hot yoga. Clean bathrooms, easy access to sign up and pay for classes online, reasonable prices. The center is located in a quiet business park in Decatur. The parking is safe and very close to the building. This is a great gym to use if you want to get away from the massive buzz and traffic at the larger chain fitness centers.

Great Location Nice Clean Gym..."Rock" Makes Sure The Equipment is Wiped Down...And He Knows His Stuff....Had To Tell Me To Slow Down on A Few Exercises To Get Full Effect of The Exercise. Once I Did That Boy Did I Feel The Burn...I Would Highly Recommend Checking Out Steel Mill Wellness!

Larry aka Rock and Jack are huge motivators there are times I go in and I’m just not ready to do anything. My first week was the hardest and I was not mentally ready to go back but I did I need the motivation the push and drive to be healthy. At my heaviest 205lbs couldn’t walk up my stair in my house without having shortness of breath. Thanks guys for helping me lose the weight.
