I worked with Jason at Sovereign and have been very satisfied with the results. He was able to locate my issue I have been having with running for over a year. Since I started to do his suggested and pinpointed strength and stretch exercise the pain is gradually going down. I worked with two other PTs before at Sovereign (which are no longer there), both did not find the problem of the pain. Thanks to Jason, I'm positive the pain will eventually fade completely.

Before my lacrosse season this spring, I had an injury in both my legs that caused constant pain and cramping. Jason Fritz helped back to my full strength and because of him and the work that we did I was able to achieve All-American. Jason Fritz is the man! Had knee surgery in April and I couldn’t raise my leg or bend it for 6 weeks after surgery. Worked with Jason 2 days a week for a few months, then down to 1 day per week for the last month and now he got me jumping like a gazelle. I feel like a young Lebron James. Would recommend to anyone!
