I had water damage as part of Helene on 9/27. I called ServPro of Panthersville and they were right on it. Came out, assessed what needed to be done and their crew was there within a couple of hours (finishing a previous job) and work completed very fast. They had to rip out all the wet heavy carpet. They hauled it all away. I highly recommend them.
Nadine was employed through my Insurance company For Mitigation, pack out, storage, and the return of my contents. She came in with her crew, they were Thorough, Respectful and took care of Everything. Whenever I needed to call, Nadine either answered or called right back. Her packout team with Nita, Was Equally Professional, Thorough and Very Caring. There was a time when I needed something from storage and Nita came with a couple of her employees and looked until they found what I needed. Nadine and Nita always showed up with a Smile and Extremely helpful Attitude. They made an unpleasant situation Truly painless. SERVPRO took what was a horrible situation for me and made it such a smooth process to help remediate the damage caused by a broken pipe which flooded my basement. Jabari who led the team was always available for any questions and overall the entire SERVPRO team kept me up to date all along the way. Additionally, I received a call to check the quality of work from the Owner Nadine which helped seal the deal the top notch experience I had with them. I would highly recommend this Pantersville SERVPRO office to anyone I know.
