After discovering a leak in our kitchen, Serv Pro was recommended to take care of the damage clean up. Jay and his crew were very professional, explaining what they were doing and why, and answered all questions that I had. I also spent some time on the phone with Montana and Christie. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. Everyone that I have dealt with so far has been fantastic.

Forgot to mention the outstanding customer service of the packing crew led by T.K. including Madison, Nicole, Ashley, and one other team member whose name I don't remember. Also, I want to recognize the moving team led by Marta for their support. Finally, I want to commend Jeff Kinney for the superb coordination of the packing and storage effort.
