💯 Recommended in less than 1 month time RFH has taken a stage 4 bedsore from neglect and misdiagnosis back on 10/16/2024 sent to emergency room only after the EMTs refused the 1st time to take her. Then after many times told they were going to discharge her but did due to she was throwing up, sick, etc. her to show up on 10/28/2024 in ICU with acute kidney failure and a bedsore they never addressed. With certified violations from the DOH on their wrong doings. From there to a short term rehab that placed her on hospice when I demanded her sent home cause they weren't doing anything but letting her sit in soiled diapers. Then sent to another hospital that kept sending her home due to pending hospice removal. Seeing the wound center there for months with little to no results. Referral from a couple nurses to contact RFH to within a month have this stage 4 bedsore 95% healed so yes they are recommended at the highest level when it comes to wound care. Thank you Again RFH.
I called them by angels and mercy. Pinky is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She really knows her stuff. If we have to keep trying something new to get rid of this bedsores she does and it usually does improve. Lexi always has enough stuff for me to get through on. She always calls and lets me know when my appointment time is. They are never late which means a lot to me. So glad I decided to go with you guys.
My wife has been a C5 paraplegic for 13 years and we have battles pressure wounds quite often. In the year 2021 she spent 120 days hospitalized and when released home had a stage 4 Sacral wound and also an ishil wound. Even with surgical debridement and daily wound care, we were not making much progress until our Nursing affiliate joined with Restore First Health. What a wonderful team and experts in what they do. They have produced amazing results in just three short treatments of skin grafts from a human embryo which is remarkable. Caitlyn, the P.A. is so compassionate and caring and I feel she and Jennifer are finally showing us that there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel!!
