My experience was really good. All of the employees that I had contact with were exceptionally pleasant. The therapist (Blake) was nice, thorough, and patient. My granddaughter Physical therapist is Ms. Cole . She is excellent and very informative about my granddaughter theraphy . She talk to us and not at us . This makes a big difference in excellent patient care . She has other patients in the office and each one is acknowledge and receives their therapy in a most timely manner. Ms. Cole is very professional !!! My granddaughter and I are Highly please with the services !!!
The location has worked out great! Right on my neighborhood. My PT is very good at assessing and adjusting therapy as needed. I'm grateful because in the past I was discharged after completing necessary therapies feeling like my program and progress wasn't sufficient. I am grateful 🙏🏼
