I received a call from Pinckard concerned about this review and Curtiss seemed equally stunned and he was very apologetic. They have always been courteous and provided impeccable and reliable service. It was just the one incident that made me question my patronage. I will definitely consider returning my business to them, although I may try to time it when another attendant is on duty. My experience there by no means, reflects my satisfaction with the company.

Used this cleaners for years and decided to switch. After using several cleaners in the area and 3 years later I decided to return. The quality of their services is will worth their prices and they give a 3 day return, and offer same day service also. Their quality offered is well worth the price.. Store is extremely clean and the employees are pleasant and polite.
