-Friendly + welcoming team members. We normally book with Reuben, but, everyone seems to provide their own personal touches toward our furry friends.
-outcome: Magnus (our dog) smells so good, and his fur is super soft, and shiny! Too, Magnus HATES baths, so based off the care each time, we feel this place does a good job to help with Magnus’s bath anxiety.
-They have various or add-on services.
-they send Magnus home each time in a little bandana + and they will text you they can give your furry friend treats.
-upon pick up (you have an hour grace period), and they send you an after grooming photo report (see Magnus Bane’s photo within this review).“

“We've been taking our Aussie puppy to Tucker Animal Hospital for several months now, and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Dr. Prescott is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. I can tell she loves what she does. I always appreciate when she takes time to explain everything to me, and I never feel rushed. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well - all very helpful and nice.“

“Everything about Club DiOGi is top tier. It is my belief you won't find a better place for your pup. I remember calling around to get information about programs and Club DiOGi was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with Emily I felt confident that in their abilities. PROS The staff is always engaging with all of the pups. It's amazing a skill. Lina is particularly great with this. There are cameras which allow you to see your pup's activities. I've seen Lina engage with multiple pups so no one gets left out. Side note; the staff are called Rufferees ( too cute) They have a curriculum for every group You won't find the staff standing around with their hands on their hips or arms folded talking to their coworker and ignoring the dogs ( I saw this a lot elsewhere) The process of making reservations is seamless. The Club has a portal that allows you to upload vaccination records and see anything that you would need to see related to the care of your pet. They also answer emails in a timely fashion. And because they offer boarding services someone is there 24 hours a day. You will notice that I listed pros and no cons because there really aren't any cons.“

“We took a dog there on a Sunday afternoon that we had found running down the street. They checked her for a chip and gave her a very complete exam. They helped us figure out what to do next if we couldn’t find her owner, and they are great community resource!“

“Due to moving, I had to find a new doggie playcare for my pup that was welcoming, awesome staff and opened at 6:30am and I’m so happy I found Dogtopia westmidtown!! The staff was so nice during our meet and greet and gave me the break down of everything! I also love that they have camera’s so I can take a peek and see how my pup is doing! After a full day of playing Camo falls asleep a hour or so once home and snores the night away! So far my experience has been amazing!!“
