“I just wanna share my experiences and it’s crazy to see some of these reviews I think ppl are very entitled and although we have a pre assumption as to why things have to go the way we think it’s not always true I live in austell and my kids been coming to this practice for quite some time now and we always had a good visit she always addressed my concern I never had a attitude problem with any of her nurses if anything they are funny understanding and head strong when need to be I actually applaud them for handling aloooot of the patients parent with respect as well as not sugar coating the problem . My issue was addressed and she also gave me advice when it came to my daughter everytime I call they listen even when I go on and on they listen and she tries to get us in I have nothing but respect for this practice no matter how small or how “none-kiddy “which isn’t true and if someone felt that way then why not donate things to uphold ur office not trash it down we do that a lot to our own community but I thank y’all and never give up ?‍↔️?“

“Writing this review because I feel like the 3-star rating from 2 reviews doesn't accurately reflect this clinic. The lobby area is spacious and well-decorated. It definitely doesn't feel like the Kaiser clinic across the street, which gives off more traditional hospital vibes. There are a few cushioned chairs and small coffee tables, as well as a longer dining-style table with outlets. There's even a little beverage bar with a Keurig! Not thirsty and trying to make sure I don't add water weight before my appointment, I didn't use the beverage bar so I'm not sure if you need to pay or provide a small donation. I recently switched providers to Blue Cross Blue Shield and needed to find a new primary care physician and I feel lucky to have found one so close to where I live. Since it was my first time there, I had to fill out some medical history and release paperwork. When that was done, I paid my copay. The woman who was doing my paperwork was very pleasant and I had no issues with the office staff. The patient rooms where you meet your doctor are really big, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I enjoyed talking to both the nurse who admitted me and my doctor. What was a little different from my previous hospital visits was that I was asked to fill out a mental health survey. It was a quick survey and I'm glad that this is something they're taking into consideration since mental health is often overlooked. Parking situation isn't the best but knowing that this is Decatur, I sort of expected it. Behind the clinic building there is the One West Coast Square parking garage that charges you $1 for every 20 minutes. I think street parking is $1 for every 30 minutes. For other options in Decatur, go here: I do feel like clinic/hospital parking should be free or validated, so I dropped off a star there. TL;DR? - Clean and modern clinic that has physicians accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield. - Come a little early for your appointment if you want to find street parking ($1 for 30 minutes). Alternatively, there are garages in the area that charge different prices. - Beverage bar in the lobby is a nice plus.“

“I've read the reviews and most of them seem to be about scheduling... which i did have slight issues with; however the level of care my child received far outweighed the wait time. not sure if anyone has ever been to a top rated surgeon... the wait is crazy to get in. If they get the scheduling together this practice will be perfect. certain things i overlook based on circumstances... wait times i overlook cuz i know most times this has nothing to do with doctors.... think about it, the wait times are crazy cuz everybody is trying to go here..“
