I purchased the first unit and after delivery and unboxing found it was packaged and shipped damaged . No damage to packing. Called Mr Cool and tried to get replacement panels , easy to swap , was told to talk to the store I purchased it from . Had to return this 400 lb monster and order the second one . Second one was missing panels , no paperwork, and was not mounted on aluminum skid . Mr Cool doesn't seem to have quality control or no uniform construction on these units ! Feeling like I should have paid MORE for a different brand.
